If you do not have the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version 1.5.0 or newer installed, you should install it first from Sun's JRE download page.

Now requires JRE 1.5 or newer, 1.4 no longer supported

Windows: Download trafficcam-2.02-install.exe (664K)
Mac/UNIX: Download trafficcam-2.02.zip

Windows Users - Quick Start

Simply download and run the installer above.

The installer will create a Windows service called "TiVo: TrafficCam Viewer." It will also add an exception to Windows Firewall for the service. If you use a different software firewall on your PC, you well need to manually add an exception for C:\Program Files\TrafficCam Viewer\TrafficCam_Viewer_Service.exe (or wherever you installed it).

UNIX Users - Quick Start

	Unzip the ZIP file someplace memorable (e.g. ~/tivo )
	cd ~/tivo/trafficcam
	edit the file called runtc.sh and find the line below. Replace the IP address shown in red with the correct IP address for your machine:

java -cp $classpath com.tivo.hme.host.sample.Main com.bitrazor.tc.TrafficCam --intf 192.168.1.1

sh ./runtc.sh
